We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher – Quality of Education to join our senior leadership team and support the next exciting phase of development at Bosvena. This is a strategic leadership role focused on improving classroom practice, ensuring a high-quality curriculum, and securing excellent outcomes for all learners.
You will play a pivotal role in leading the quality of education, helping to drive school improvement through high expectations, ambitious curriculum development, and the promotion of evidence-informed pedagogy. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with senior and middle leaders to transform practice and raise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to drive high-impact teaching and learning.
• Lead the development and implementation of a knowledge-rich, inclusive curriculum.
• Support day-to-day leadership within schools and deputise for the Headteacher as required.
• Raise standards and ensure outstanding outcomes for all students
• Drive assessment, curriculum intent and impact, and the use of data to inform school priorities.
• Promote high expectations, professional standards, and a strong culture of collaboration.
• Support the development of school self-evaluation, improvement planning, and QA processes.
• Model excellence in teaching and ensure all staff engage in high-quality CPD.

• Has a proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
• Can develop a culture of ambition, inclusion, and academic rigour.
• Has experience leading curriculum and assessment at whole-school level.
• Understands the importance of a broad and balanced curriculum
• Is a confident and credible leader, able to inspire, challenge, and support others.
• Has excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to school leadership.
