Job Description


The Deputy Head of Treasury will support the day-to-day treasury operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment. The role focuses on cash management, banking operations, funding support, and financial risk management, ensuring strong liquidity management and financial control across the business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity levels, and working capital requirements.

  • Prepare, monitor, and update short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

  • Support the management of bank facilities, loan draw downs, and repayments.

  • Handle operational banking activities and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

  • Monitor foreign currency exposures and support hedging and financial risk management activities.

  • Ensure compliance with treasury controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare treasury reports, financial analyses, and operational dashboards for senior management.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Professional qualification such as
    CPA, ACCA, CFA, or ACT

    is preferred.

  • 7–10 years of experience

    in treasury or corporate finance, preferably within a
    manufacturing or FMCG environment

    .

  • Strong practical experience in
    cash management, banking operations, and foreign currency management

    .

  • High attention to detail, strong execution skills, and ability to work effectively in a
    fast-paced environment
