About the Role
We're looking for a driven Deputy Head of Product Management to help shape the future of our products and take our team to the next level. In this high-impact leadership position, you'll work closely with the Head of Product to define the vision, set the roadmap, and deliver category-leading solutions that delight users.
You'll own the entire product lifecycle from strategy and ideation through launch and continuous improvement while collaborating across teams to ensure every feature delivers real value.
Product Strategy & Vision
Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and market trends.
Define and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Develop detailed product requirements and documentation to guide development.
Execution & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
Be the point of contact for product-related questions and updates.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on product commitments.
Growth & Optimization
Track and analyze product performance, using data to inform decisions.
Partner with customer success and sales to maximize user adoption.
Gather feedback, iterate, and continuously improve the product experience.
A seasoned product leader with 5+ years in product management ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
A strong communicator and collaborator who can align teams and drive results.
Data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Proven track record working with agile methodologies and modern product development.
Strong ability to write clear PRDs and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience mentoring or managing other product managers.
Technical background in software engineering or technical product management.
Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, or Looker
