About the job

You will inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve our brand’s mission, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.

As a bridge between the Head of Boutique and the boutique teamDeputy Head ensures the execution of The Chanel Difference on the boutique floor, reinforcing luxury retail leadership.

This role will lead the team to engage today's consumers, ensuring unsurpassed service and maintaining high image standards while supporting employee development and growth.

You will uphold the image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards. By managing and inspiring the boutique team, you will build a client-centric environment, manage merchandise & inventory effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Forming close partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR, and Fashion, you will drive and achieve business objectives

What you will bring

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience with 2 years in management experience of at least 5 members.

  • Fluent in English and the local language, with Mandarin as a plus.

  • A background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous

  • Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.

  • Educational qualifications including at least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.
