Job Description

Our client is a Listed Electronic Components Trading & Manufacturing Company.

Responsibilities:

• Review business process, identify risk areas and provide suggestions to make improvement and raise efficiency.
• Be responsible to standardize and automate accounting and business processes with implementation of sound internal controls.
• Work very closely with business unit level finance as well as other department Heads and Factory Heads in order to produce accurate and insightful management reports for Senior Managements.
• Led the financial planning activities including budgeting and forecasting, and improving financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, recommending actions.
• Monitor Finance Reports prepared by the Accounting team and ensure compliance to company policy and IFRS.
• Be involved in system upgrade for the group, and regular travelling to the factories in the PRC and occasional travelling to South East Asia are required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with qualified HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent.
• 8years or above relevant experience.
• Required to have regular travelling to the factories in the PRC and occasional travelling to South East Asia.
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills.  
• Have strong ability to interface with all levels of senior management.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Japanese capability is a plus.
