About Your Company

Our client is a HK mainboard listed PRC real estate development and investment company. As a prominent player in the industry, the company is currently undergoing a debt restructuring process and is seeking a highly experienced Deputy / Finance Manager to support its financial operations and compliance.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Deputy / Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of the company's financial operations and supporting the finance team in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, treasury management, and cash flow forecasting
  
• Cooperating with the due diligence financial work during the company's debt restructuring process and participating in other related matters
  
• Assisting in the preparation of interim and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and statutory reporting requirements, including handling local tax filing matters
  
• Liaising with external parties (lawyers, auditors, bankers, and other professionals) on various financial and compliance matters
  
• Working closely with the company's secretarial team and supporting the Finance Manager in strategic decision-making
  
• Supporting the professional development of the finance team
  
• Supporting other ad-hoc business assignments and projects as required
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA) is a must
  
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Big 4 accounting firm
  
• Experience in working with listed companies and PRC property developers, especially in the residential sector, is highly preferred
  
• Knowledge of Yongyou accounting software is a plus
  
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  
• Fluent in written and oral communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to solve complex problems
