Salary: $90,000 + Bonus
Job Introduction
Daily Mail is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Editor to join our growing team, focusing on creating engaging, shopping-driven content, including both written articles and social video formats. This role will involve producing longer lead reviews, features, and other commerce-related content.
The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background, with a demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines, provide strategic editorial direction, and handle high volumes of daily content. They will assist with content planning and use data to enhance the accuracy of our testing processes, all while supporting our ambitious commerce goals across multiple vertices.
Applicants should have experience in creating shopping-focused video content, and be as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it. The Deputy Editor will stay ahead of the latest consumer product trends, possess a deep understanding of affiliate platforms, and have the drive to grow Daily Mail's U.S. Commerce presence.
