£63,000.00


Benefits:

- Salary starting from £63,000 (depending on experience), plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of 8.65% of your base salary, while working at HPC
- Daily bus allowance over 8 miles from the project, or Travel and Lodge allowance if you will need to lodge locally
- Working 9 days across 2 weeks (Monday - Friday on week one then Monday - Thursday on week two), averaging 39 hours per week

As a Deputy Cost Control Manager you will support the Commercial Manager in daily running of commercial activities, including cost control, preparation of application and mentoring Wilson James operational team on commercial awareness. You will support the Commercial Manager with data forecasting for labour and materials. You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in commercial management or related field
- CITB HSE Test (Manager & Professional standard)


Experience:

- Being able to analyse and understand data and present it to others in differing formats
- Excellent IT skills, including the advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience of working within a busy office environment and under pressure
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white-collar
- Excellent negotiation skills
