Responsibilities
Assist the Construction Manager in managing all site operations.
Lead supervisors across multiple disciplines.
Track project progress against budget and schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
Liaise with client representatives and EPCM stakeholders.
Requirements
7+ years’ EPC experience in gold mining (construction focus).
Proven track record in site leadership roles.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of EPC project execution.
ECOWAS citizen; French language preferred.
