
National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a nonprofit substance use treatment facility in Arlington, VA is hiring a full-time Deputy Chief Operating Officer. This position is responsible for overall management of three 3.1 level of care programs and 1 Adult Women’s Residential Program in accordance with established policies and procedures, State Regulations and CARF accreditation. Clients are funded through Medicaid and there are significant clinical, case management and compliance related responsibilities. *MUST BE LICENSED AS AN LPC OR LCSW IN VIRGINIA*. This is a full-time, M-F, salaried position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ongoing development and management of program under the direction of the COO at NCTR in collaboration with the Executive Director and management staff at the Friends of Guest House

This position works in a congregate care environment. This is an on-site direct care position.
