Job Description


Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales and growth targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery.

Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Assist in developing strategic business plans and growth initiatives.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Train and support junior business development staff when needed.

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.


Requirements


4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related roles.

Previous experience in a supervisory or deputy managerial role is preferred.

Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Leadership and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Good understanding of market trends and business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales or service industries.

Knowledge of proposal writing and contract negotiation.
