1. Plan, execute, and deliver all civil projects from concept to completion within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, roads, drains, structures, and other civil infrastructure.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, engineering specifications, and company policies.
4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and maintenance activities.
5. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, contracts, bill verification, cost optimization initiatives & maintain statutory, project, billing & commercial documentation.
6. Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs), process Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinate procurement of materials and services.
