We are seeking a Depot/Admin Coordinator to join our Mackay operation. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term stability, on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and growing regional team.
The Depot/Admin Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Mackay Depot Manager and broader depot team.
This role will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day coordination of depot operations. You will also be trained in delivery scheduling and driver coordination, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of transport and fuel distribution operations.
You will work closely with customers, drivers and internal departments to help ensure fuel deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
