About this Role:

Our client is a leading player in
the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a strong presence in the
food and beverage industry; continuously expanding their footprint across key
markets, including dairy and cold chain distribution. We are seeking a Depot in
Charge who will be responsible for the overall management and accountability of
the assigned depot.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure
  strict adherence to FIFO in stock management and dispatch.
• 
  Oversee
  timely dispatch of customer orders and returns control.
• 
  Conduct
  monthly stock takes and random audits as required.
• 
  Manage
  storage of finished goods and oversee cold chain assets within the depot.
• 
  Maintain
  accurate depot reports, including MIS reports and SAP inputs.
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with health and safety procedures within the depot.
• 
  Monitor
  and manage labor efficiency, costs, and overall depot performance.
• 
  Ensure
  correct invoicing and posting of relevant stock movements as per company
  policy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution
  & Warehousing.
