Role Details
Hands-on Depot Coordinator role in Bundaberg overseeing daily operations, casual labour and site support, with a clear pathway to Foreman.

37.5 hours per week, with regular overtime in peak season and quieter periods focused on proactive site improvement.

  • What you'll do
  • Oversee and assist daily depot operations and provide frontline support within the warehouse
  • Coordinate and supervise casual labour across peak and non-peak periods
  • Operate the forklift safely and efficiently while managing truck loading, unloading and stock movement across the site.
  • Support receiving and dispatch activity, including delivery dockets, pallet transfers and inventory accuracy
  • Complete stock counts, support monthly stock take activities and maintain accurate paperwork
  • Drive a strong safety culture by recording hazards, near misses and incidents, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and PPE requirements

What You Will Bring

  • First experience in coordinate people on site and support day-to-day operations
  • Forklift experience and confidence working across loading, unloading and stock movement activities
  • Strong understanding of site safety, housekeeping and safe operating practices
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail across stock, paperwork and daily task coordination
  • A practical, reliable and proactive approach with the ability to work well in changing operational conditions
  • A mindset focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
