Key focus of the role will be to be responsible to manage and control claims, damages and repairs on a daily basis at our Hertz Rent A Car - East London Depot branch in Eastern Cape, South Africa.
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s License (code 08)
System knowledge advantageous

Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

ADMIN
Ensure that all out of service cars is identified and attended to
Photos to be taken for Drive as per procedure.
Ensure that all claims are loaded on Drive within 48 hours
Ensure that all glass and tyre vehicles are repaired within 72 hours
If parts are on back-order vehicle must be put on a nonrev and parts delay form loaded on drive.
Ensuring that all movements for vehicles entering the depot are closed immediately.
Ensure the damages on the vehicles match the claim as recorded on the system and if not request Branch to amend.
Daily follow up on progress of the vehicles and record any delays.
Loading fuel slips and balancing fuel account for payment
Responsible for issuing orders
GENERAL
Liaising with panel shops on a daily basis to ensure that damaged vehicles are quoted, collected, repaired and returned in the shortest possible time.
Reporting of any reoccurring problem/fault with any make or model of vehicle to the Depot Fleet Manager.
