YOUR RESPONSIBILILITIES

As a Depositary Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Actively participating in the preparation work of the day to day operational depositary work:
  • Cash Flow monitoring;
  • NAV and Investment Restrictions Oversight;
  • Investment Recordkeeping;
  • Asset Ownership Verification.
  • Performing controls on the preparation work in order to insurance qualitative data to be treated by other team members.
  • Being in contact with the other depositary team members and bring to the attention of your manager any specific blocking points preventing you to finish your preparation tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business related field is a plus but not required.
  • You show interest in the Financial Sector and specifically in the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry.
  • You have between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset).
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are organized, flexible, able to manage several tasks and respect deadlines.
  • You are keen to work in a small structure and you combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills.
