GENERAL SUMMARY:
Researches and corrects non-post for DDA, SAV, SDB, and LAS applications. Review deposits made remotely by our business customers, place Reg. CC holds and misc. exception reports. Performs other job-related duties such, CIP review, TIN Uncertified, External Transfer review, and Port maintenance. All duties are performed on a rotated basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, via email and in person to both internal and external customers.
- Is responsible for locating and correcting DDA, SAV, SDB, LAS account numbers for all items that non-post and the reconcilement of the account.
- Review of deposit made by business customers at their place of business.
- Various exception report review.
- Verifies maintenance and new account input for Stop Payments and 1099. Works with branches and customers when information is not correct.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular, reliable prompt attendance.
- Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.
- Ability to provide good customer service and telephone courtesy.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure meeting critical deadlines and have multitasking abilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bank experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
