Job Description

Sales Planning & Activities

  • To acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee

salary bank

  • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve deposit growth budget for the Region

focusing on top SME non-borrowing portfolio

  • Liaise with deposit product development team on new campaigns and new product launches
  • Drive joint marketing effort with various SBGs
  • Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through

maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers’ needs

  • Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential

and revenue relationships

  • To increase market share of SME deposits

Sales Management

  • Provide all reporting required by SME department such as weekly sales update reports

include new sign-up payroll companies, on-boarding status & road shows

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer solution

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance of code of ethics during sales process and activities
  • Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing preferable with corporate sales experience
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work well with a team and external parties
  • Result-oriented with ability to lead a team to meet business targets
