The Position
Job TitleDeposit Operations Account Servicing Administrator

The Deposit Account Servicing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting that purpose by serving as the primary subject matter expert for specialized deposit servicing functions. This role helps bring the Deposit & Treasury Management Operations vision to life by building expertise, strengthening operational processes, and supporting our commitment to develop subject matter experts while transforming processes to SERVE customers seamlessly, the first time, every time.
The Deposit Account Servicing Administrator serves as the primary operational owner and subject matter expert for specialized deposit servicing functions that require advanced regulatory, procedural, and operational knowledge.
This role is responsible for administering and supporting specialty servicing processes while partnering closely with Account Support, Teller Support, Item Processing, Compliance, Retail, and other operational teams.
The position provides expertise, process ownership, procedural guidance, and operational support to ensure servicing activities are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
· Tax Reporting, including year-end tax reporting administration, reconciliation, compliance, and issue resolution
· Tax Form Corrections and Reprints
· Unclaimed Property Administration
· W-8BEN and Tax Documentation Administration
· Act as the central point of coordination for deposit product administration, partnering with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure product changes, parameter governance, statement cycle administration, servicing requirements, and operational readiness are effectively managed
· Specialty Account Research and Resolution
· Legal Processing Coordination, including subpoenas, research, procedural guidance, and cross-functional support
· Provide backup support to Deposit Account Servicing teams to ensure business continuity and service excellence
· Additional Specialized Servicing Functions as Assigned
Subject Matter Expertise & Process Ownership
· Serve as the primary subject matter expert and process owner for assigned specialty deposit servicing functions.
· Maintain procedures, job aids, annual calendars, and process documentation to support consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
· Monitor regulatory and procedural changes impacting assigned functions and recommend updates as needed.
· Provide guidance and support for complex research, servicing inquiries, and escalations.
· Identify process improvement opportunities that strengthen efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
· Partner with Operations leadership and business partners to ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with service expectations.
Knowledge Management & Business Continuity
· Coordinate cross-training and business continuity plans to reduce concentration risk.
· Maintain transferable documentation, training materials, and process calendars for assigned specialty functions.
· Support knowledge-sharing across Deposit Operations, Retail, Compliance, Item Processing, and other impacted teams.
· Maintain policies, procedures, and working instructions to support operational consistency, compliance, and risk management
· Help ensure critical knowledge is retained and sustainable through role transitions, absences, and annual regulatory cycles.
· Coordinate release and upgrade testing for deposit servicing functions and related operational processes
Risk, Compliance & Operational Support
· Support audits, examinations, reviews, and information requests related to assigned functions.
· Partner with Compliance, Risk, Retail, Item Processing, and other operational teams on research, procedural questions, and issue resolution.
· Support legal processing through specialty account research and coordination while legal processing execution remains within Item Processing & Exception Services.
· Promote strong procedural discipline and proactive risk identification across assigned functions.
Operational Excellence
· Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with service standards.
· Participate in process improvement efforts and operational readiness activities.
· Partner with leaders and analysts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
· Support departmental initiatives focused on capability building, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
· Recognized as a trusted subject matter expert for specialty deposit servicing functions.
· Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of assigned responsibilities.
· Maintains strong procedures, calendars, training materials, and cross-training plans.
· Reduces concentration risk by making knowledge documented, transferable, and sustainable.
· Identifies opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.
· Supports department capability by sharing knowledge and partnering effectively across teams.
· Contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.

· Minimum of 5 years of banking, deposit operations, account servicing, or related operational experience required.
· Experience with tax reporting, unclaimed property, deposit account administration, legal processing coordination, specialty account research, or related functions preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to interpret procedures, research complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert.
· Experience supporting audits, examinations, regulatory requirements, or operational risk management activities preferred.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
