Deposit Acquisition & Growth Actively source and acquire new customers for deposit products (savings, fixed deposits).
Client Relationship Management Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits.
Market Research & Analysis Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products.
Product Knowledge & Education Stay informed about the company’s deposit offerings and educate clients.
Reporting & Compliance Provide regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Cross-Selling Promote additional products to customers and identify opportunities to upsell deposits.
Minimum Educational Qualification OND in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or banking
Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.
Skills
Strong sales & marketing skills to acquire new customers.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer service skills for relationship building.
Strong attention to detail in account management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools
