A fastest growing Cyber Intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry is looking for a Deployment T3 to join it. As part of the role, you will be a member of the support group that is part of the Operations group, Working closely with both R&D teams and customer success teams.

It's a young innovative company that's building an exciting cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

It is a customer-facing position with a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. You will take part in the technical discussion and the deployment process, implementing a cutting-edge product that is built using various HW, tools and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the company's product at multiple locations worldwide
• Reviewing and constantly improving the company infrastructure and deployment implementations of various technological solutions
• Implementing various IT and Security solutions both during and post-deployment phases.
• Ensure that all the customer aspects and requirements that were designed and approved are implemented.
• Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams such as Technical Support, Sales, IT, Customer Success and more
• Ability to travel abroad 20%

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Deployment / Technical Support Engineer / Integration Engineer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of networks and various protocols
• Experience working with Linux OS
• Fluent English – both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Delivery-oriented with a proactive attitude

Advantages:

• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.
• Experience with implementing security solutions and HW such as F5, VPNs, FireWalls, etc
