What You Will Do
- Partner directly with US Government customers to drive measurable outcomes through the deployment and adoption of data-centric software platforms.
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for government stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into actionable solutions for mission-critical use cases.
- Work hands-on with sensitive data environments spanning areas such as immigration enforcement and national security, requiring a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering, product, and forward-deployed teams to ensure customer success at every stage of deployment.
- Identify gaps in customer platform usage and develop strategies to deepen adoption and expand impact.
- Maintain and grow trusted relationships with government personnel, navigating complex institutional environments with care and precision.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–6 years of experience in a data-centric, technical, or client-facing role, including recent graduates with strong academic records.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to drive outcomes in a data-driven or analytically rigorous capacity.
- Strong technical foundation with comfort engaging deeply with complex software systems and data environments.
- Ability to work on sensitive subject matter, approaching areas like immigration and national security with maturity and discretion.
- Highly collaborative team player with a low ego and a high degree of professional judgment.
Preferred
- Prior experience at a government contractor, defense technology company, or in a commercial technology company with defense or intelligence-related projects.
- Background in or exposure to the US military or national security community.
