You've built a business or led real implementations, and executives trust you. Take AI agents from a vague customer problem to measurable results.

A seed-stage AI startup in San Francisco lets companies own their AI: one platform across hundreds of models, hosted anywhere, with enterprise agents that do concrete work, like paying an invoice or running a hiring process. Around 100 customers worldwide use it. You'll take over work the founders still do themselves: relationships with senior customer contacts, and turning a vague problem into a live agent with measurable impact, sometimes at the customer's location abroad.

They're hiring 2 deployment strategists.

What you'll own

• Executive relationships with customers
• Discovery, scoping and planning of agent deployments
• Hands-on follow-through until the deployment delivers measurable results
• Making a complex technical product understandable for business decision-makers

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations or consulting, or running your own company
• Executives take you seriously, and you have strong commercial judgment (a purely technical implementation profile, or presentation-only consulting, won't fit)
• Hands-on: you stay close to the messy operational details
• Working from the San Francisco office five days a week, 9-9-6, and willing to travel to customers worldwide

Bonus points

• A business you founded and ran, with real revenue
• Consulting experience where you owned the implementation, not just the recommendations
• Deployment or solutions work at an enterprise AI or automation company

• Full-time, on-site in San Francisco, 9-9-6, with travel; you don't have to be a hardcore engineer
• Process: intro call with a founder → technical deployment interview → customer deployment interview → 3–4 hour working session on site → offer
