Location: New York City, NY (On-site, 5 days/week)

Office Type: On-site
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Equity (0.25–0.5%)

Our client is a fast-growing clinical AI company building intelligence systems that help hospitals surface clinical risks, automate operational analysis, and improve decision-making across healthcare systems.
Founded by repeat healthcare entrepreneurs with prior exits, the company has already reached 7-figure ARR within its first year and is backed by leading healthcare institutions including Mayo Clinic.
The platform is already deployed across healthcare organizations and is rapidly expanding into enterprise hospital systems.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth healthcare AI company at an early inflection point and help define how clinical AI gets operationalized inside hospitals.
Own end-to-end customer deployments from implementation through long-term success
Lead customer onboarding and deployment workflows
Serve as the primary point of contact across customer stakeholders
Run high-touch implementation sessions with healthcare clients
Coordinate EMR integrations and deployment execution
Translate customer needs into clear engineering requirements
Partner closely with engineering to drive issue resolution
Track customer ROI and identify expansion opportunities
Build repeatable deployment playbooks and operational systems
Train end users and drive product adoption
Run complex stakeholder meetings independently
Help define the company’s deployment motion as they scale into enterprise health systems
3–6 years of experience in implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, technical project management, or forward-deployed roles
At least 1+ year owning customer-facing technical relationships
Startup or high-growth company experience
Strong operational rigor and project ownership
Technical aptitude working alongside engineering teams
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments
Customer-obsessed execution mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willing to work fully onsite in NYC
Forward deployed engineering background
Healthcare AI / healthtech experience
SQL familiarity
EMR integration experience
Product or implementation strategy exposure
Experience deploying enterprise software
Technical troubleshooting experience
High-growth startup operating experience
Palantir / Databricks / Scale AI / Anduril deployment-style experience
Implementation roles at healthtech startups
SQL + customer-facing technical ownership
Top-tier academic pedigree
Experience translating customer needs into engineering workstreams
