Job Description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Deployment Scheduler to join our Equipment Services Logistics team based in Northmead, NSW on a 12-month contract. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, you'll enjoy a hybrid working model with two days from home and three days in the office, balancing flexibility with close operational engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and solutions-focused professional to play a key role in coordinating equipment deployments across Australia. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring equipment placements, removals and relocations are delivered safely, efficiently and on time while supporting exceptional service outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.

Working closely with carriers, warehouse operations, sales teams and customers, you'll help keep our equipment network moving while identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational efficiency

About the Role:

  • Coordinate equipment placements, removals and relocations across Australia, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage deployment activities and deliver against agreed service levels and performance measures.
  • Partner closely with carriers, warehouse operations, sales teams and customers to coordinate equipment movements.
  • Monitor deployment schedules and proactively manage potential delays, risks and special event requirements.
  • Ensure operational requirements are met while minimising business disruption.
  • Process and maintain deployment transactions within SAP and support troubleshooting activities where required.
  • Develop strong system capability and contribute as a subject matter expert within deployment processes and systems.
  • Analyse operational issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate planning and deployment data to support business reporting and decision-making.
  • Support the delivery of outstanding customer service through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.

About You

  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing operational challenges.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain coordination or other analytical roles will be highly regarded.
  • Experience using SAP (TMS or ECC) is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline will be highly regarded
