The Deployment Project Coordinator supports deployment projects across all phases by coordinating with Project Managers, customers, installation partners, and cross functional teams. This role manages deployment activities, monitors orders and shipments, resolves delivery and scheduling issues, and helps ensure accurate tracking and timely project completion.

What You Will Do:
• Support Project Managers across project phases by managing assigned deployment activities
• Coordinate hardware orders, shipments, deliveries, returns, pickups, and disposals
• Maintain deployment plans, track progress, and manage delivery or scheduling changes
• Lead internal and customer facing calls, document actions, and communicate project status
• Identify and resolve issues, reconcile inventory discrepancies, manage escalations, and support successful deployment completion

What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Industrial Engineering is a plus but not required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, functions, tables, and ranges
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in hardware deployments, logistics, order management, or project coordination; project coordination experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and basic logistics operations; SAP and Business Objects experience is preferred
