Leveraging this expertise, our Salesforce Practice is focused on delivering Salesforce solutions to clients in the High Tech and Manufacturing industries. Come join a growing Salesforce Practice and work on impactful projects with a collaborative team.

Who are you?
You are an experienced Deployment Manager with a strong background in Salesforce implementations, particularly within CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). You excel at leading deployment planning and execution across complex, multi-phase implementations, ensuring high-quality releases and seamless transitions to production.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced consulting environments. You bring a strong understanding of release management, environments, and governance, and can effectively coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

What you get to do:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end deployment strategy for Salesforce CPQ and/or ARM implementations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, production).
  • Define and enforce deployment governance, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
  • Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, and communication across project teams.
  • Oversee code and configuration migration using tools such as CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
  • Lead go-live planning activities including cutover strategy, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
  • Ensure proper testing and validation processes are completed prior to deployment.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) support and defect triage related to releases.
  • Monitor and resolve deployment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, tools, and standards.
  • Maintain documentation for release processes, deployment procedures, and environment management.
  • Partner with clients to align deployment strategy with business priorities and timelines.

What you bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with a focus on deployment or release management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment tools (e.g., DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Experience managing deployments in complex, multi-org or enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills related to release execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) including RCA and RCB and broader Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Background in High Tech, Manufacturing, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client services organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

What We’ll Do For You:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.
  • Flexible, collaborative work environment with a commitment to work-life balance.
