What You Will Do

• Lead and execute the deployment of proprietary networking hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
• Configure, provision, and validate network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and routers.
• Collaborate closely with product, software, and hardware engineering teams to ensure seamless deployments and provide valuable field feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues during and after deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Document deployment processes, network configurations, and technical findings to continuously enhance deployment playbooks.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to understand site requirements and communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify patterns across deployments and contribute to tooling, automation, or process improvements that enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in network deployment, network engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Proven experience deploying and configuring enterprise-grade networking equipment in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve network issues methodically under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences.

Preferred

• Experience working with managed services platforms or deployment automation tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms or software-defined networking (SDN) concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry credentials.

Compensation and Benefits
