Skills Required/ JD
•At least 8-10 years of NPO RF planning Experience
•Having 4 years of hands on experience on OSS Based 4G/5G RF Optimization
•Audit & Monitoring, Neb Optimization, understanding of KPI, degradation RCA, Parameter Change implementation, KPI improvement action plan, KPI improvement and site submission to Customer
•Radio network design and planning for GUL & 5G NSA deployments.
•Coverage prediction for different KPIs lie RSRP, SINR, Throughput etc.
•Comparison with DT logs & atoll simulation results.
•Antenna design and placement for optimal coverage and capacity.
•Link budget analysis and propagation modelling.
•ACP, monte carlo simulation as per project requirements.
•NR/5G RFP RF design.
•Flexible, Positive working attitude, Result oriented approach, Good learning potential. Excellent English communication skills
