Summary of Job Duties:

This position will report directly to the Department Head and is responsible for establishing and maintaining operating procedures for the departmental administrative office, maintaining knowledge of policies, rules and procedures affecting the department, supervising office personnel, coordinating all departmental reporting, maintainng the Department Head office to include calendar, meeting and travel arrangements, telephone and other communications, organizing and completing special projects as assigned by the Department Head, and managing and performing personnel related procedures in accordance with all policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Three or more years experience in the field of administrative management is preferred. Knowledge of current computer systems and software. Ability to make sound judgments, assume responsibility, and maintain accurate records.
