As the Clinical Manager for Gateway Surgery, you’ll lead daily clinical operations, champion evidence‑based practice, and support the hospital’s mission through strong, compassionate leadership. You’ll help your team grow, strengthen quality outcomes, and ensure patients receive the safest, most thoughtful care.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana or compact state)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Five years of hospital clinical nursing experience
One year of nursing management experience
Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
