About the role

We are looking for a Head of Residential Property Management - Tasmania to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This newly created position will lead and align the residential property management teams across Elders Real Estate Tasmania. The role will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, profitability, operational consistency, compliance and high team performance across all branches.


Responsibilities

As the Head of Residential Property Management in Tasmania you will be responsible for;

  • Developing and executing the state Residential Property Management business plan
  • Leading the statewide property management team
  • Aligning systems, processes and service standards across all branches
  • Developing and implementing a structured BDM strategy
  • Setting and monitoring portfolio growth targets by branch
  • Ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancy legislation
  • Contributing as a member of the Elders Tasmania Real Estate Leadership team

About you

To succeed in this position, you will require;

  • A Property Representative or Property Agent Licence
  • Extensive experience in Residential Property Management
  • Strong understanding of Tasmanian Residential Tenancy legislation
  • Experience managing rent roll profitability and financial performance
  • Proven portfolio growth and BDM capability
  • Strategic planning and execution capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience leading a team
  • A current Drivers Licence
