Lead our electromechanical precision manufacturing into the future and secure the long-term success of our production site in Graz together with a dedicated management team! Attention to detail, technical expertise, the exceptional skills of our employees, and state-of-the-art production already form the foundation for lasting success today.

• Leadership and development of a production team (2 team leaders and 13 employees)
• Responsibility for the department’s scheduling, quality, and efficiency targets
• Active design and optimization of processes, workstations, and production layouts
• Ensuring qualification levels and workforce flexibility through continuous development of the qualification matrix
• Transition of new products into series production, including employee training
• Technical and commercial preparation of investments
• Close collaboration with technical work preparation and production planning/control

Qualifications

• Completed education in Mechatronics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Production Engineering (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production-related environment
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
