• STEERING... and responsibility for the product portfolio
• COORDINATION... of close collaboration with product management, sales, and other departments
• LEADERSHIP... and ongoing development of the engineering team
• SUPPORT... in technical sales and active participation in customer projects
• RESPONSIBILITY... for budget planning, cost control, and resource management
• SHAPING... the strategic development of the division as well as the product portfolio
• SHAPING... the mobility of the future

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in an engineering environment, ideally in the railway or mobility sector
• In-depth knowledge of product management and product responsibility
• Experience in budget planning and financial management
• Proven leadership experience
• Experience in technical sales or close collaboration with sales
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
• Ability to clearly and convincingly express complex matters

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
