The Role
The Department Manager, Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineering provides leadership, direction, and technical oversight for the CSA discipline in Worley’s Charleston, West Virginia office. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of engineering services while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Working closely with project teams, clients, and discipline leaders, the Department Manager champions quality outcomes and supports the delivery of innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet client requirements and align with Worley’s standards, systems, and ways of working.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth while promoting an inclusive and engaging work environment. The role also supports business growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the continued success and expansion of Worley’s CSA capability across the region.
