Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales

· Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.

· Liaises with the other Department Managers regarding all issues related to the product and internal processes.

· Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competitors keeping his/her team always aligned and up-to-date.

· Keeps his/her team constantly up to date on the Store/department performance.

Customer management and CRM

· Promotes customer loyalty, informs the Store Manager about Top clients and VIPs.

· Tracks the follow up actions and new clients sourcing done by his/her team.

· Guarantees excellent customer welcoming and service and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained.

Store Staff

· Creates his/her team coordinating their activities in order to make sure that team members are always motivated and competent.

· Detects and values each team member’s strength points, supporting his/her professional growth through the training and continuous coaching, in agreement with the Store Manager.

· Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by results analysis, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments.

· Prepares the planning, organizes and plans activities ensuring that the available resources to manage the expected

workload.

· Makes sure that the internal procedures are fully respected.

Product

· Has a deep product knowledge of his/her department.

· Personally manages all delicate situations regarding issues related to the product.

· Ensures that the department image and product care are in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.

· Provides Retail Merchandisers with prompt and accurate feedback on any request of products related to his/her category.

Visual

· Makes, directly or through a Sales Assistant within his/her team and in collaboration with the In-Store Visual – if present – the windows display and the interiors of his/her department, always following the guidelines defined by the HQ or Local Visual Merchandising Department.

· Is responsible for the prompt displaying of new products, doing it directly or through a Sales Assistant within his/her team and in collaboration with the In-Store Visual – if present.

· Promptly sends the display pictures, or anywindows or interiors change made in the store, to HQ or Local Visual Merchandising Department for their approval.

· Suggests to the Store Manager and to the In-Store Visual – if present – the merchandising proposals for his/her product category, both for windows and store interiors, according to the sales trends, seasonality local events, customers or market needs; such proposals have then to be submitted to the HQ or Local Visual Merchandising Department.

Stockroom

· In respect of his/her product category, optimises stockroom management in order to maximize and support the sales, in collaboration with the Stock Manager / Stock Specialist.

· Analyses sales based on corporate reports, verifies the stocks of his/her department and transmits on a daily basis such technical and stock information to the whole Staff.

· Promptly submits all the quantitative and qualitative information to the Retail Merchandisers in order to point out any need and prevent any possible issue.

Reportistica

· Collects from his/her staff all the feedback and comments from the clients as far as product is concerned, in order to produce the requested reports.

· Prepare and analyze reports about sales, product and CRM.
