Team Management & Development Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members while maintaining company standards. Lead and engage the team, fostering accountability, autonomy, and collaboration. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and the Code of Conduct. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment. 2. Commercial Strategy & Category Management Analyze customer insights and market trends to define business objectives for assigned sports categories. Develop and implement commercial strategies, product assortments, and seasonal merchandising plans. Manage sports community engagement through communication and events. Ensure effective team organization to support commercial objectives. 3. Customer Experience & Omnichannel Operations Ensure consistent customer service standards across in-store and digital channels. Manage sales processes, merchandising, and product availability to optimize the customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives. Drive customer loyalty and commercial activities. 4. Business Performance & Operations Set annual business targets and monitor performance against forecasts. Manage sales, profitability, P&L, inventory, and workforce planning. Identify performance gaps and implement action plans across People, Planet, and Business objectives. Ensure inventory accuracy, product availability, and stock efficiency. 5. Store Operations & Safety Oversee daily store operations, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure the safety of employees and customers, as well as the security of store assets. Maintain effective store organization and operational standards. Requirements Strong passion for sports and interest in team leadership. Fluent in Vietnamese and English. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
