MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES

1. Support assigned department with day-to-day tasks, projects, and administrative activities.
2. Assist with setup, coordination, or execution of departmental processes or initiatives.
3. Perform a variety of tasks based on business needs, which may include data entry, analysis, documentation, or operational support.
4. Identify and help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate as appropriate.
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
6. Support projects and special assignments as directed by supervisor or team leads.
7. Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
8. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Must possess a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program preferred (any relevant field of study).

EXPERIENCE

• Prior internship or part-time work experience preferred.
• Exposure to a professional or academic environment preferred.

SKILLS

• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn.

Pay range is $17.00/hr
