Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design,
  and execution of engineering projects from start to finish.
• Oversee engineering teams
  (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, CAD) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on
  time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Review and approve project
  scopes, technical designs, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate and coordinate with
  contractors to meet project goals.
• Conduct site inspections to
  ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical,
  Electrical, or Civil Engineer
• 10+ years of experience in design,
  installation, and project management for manufacturing or utilities
  equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with
  the ability to guide diverse engineering teams.
• Knowledge of ISO standards
  (an advantage).
