We are seeking a strategic operations leader to oversee the seamless integration of front and back-office functions. In this role, you'll drive patient-centered processes across registration, insurance verification, copay collection, financial counseling, medical records, and call center operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with UAMS policies and regulations. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to deliver exceptional patient experiences, optimize workflows, manage procurement and vendor relationships, and lead a high-performing team. Reporting to the Administrative Director, you will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance service excellence.
