Your new role
As an Assistant RareD and P&O, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting leaders across Rare Disease and People & Organisation departments. You will act as a central point of coordination, helping drive effective planning, communication and execution of activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Rare Disease is a specialised area within Novo Nordisk that focuses on improving the lives of patients with rare conditions. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering solutions that make a difference. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives. You will also have opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing team and Key Accounts Managers working on tenders.
The People & Organisation team is equally dynamic, focusing on building a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive. Together, these departments offer a stimulating environment where your work has real impact, and you can grow your skills across coordination, communication, and project-oriented activities.
