Assumes an active role in the preparation of the operating and capital budgets. Assists with the ongoing process of creating and revising nursing forms/policies & job descriptions/performance evaluations (including accurate archiving). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other
job related duties as requested by Manager or Directors.
Special Qualifications
High school graduate. Graduate of a secretarial program and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred. Two years of
secretarial experience required. Typing and computer skills (must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and other clerical
support software). Must have good interpersonal /telephone skills; able to set priorities, problem solve, prepare reports, maintain
efficiency/confidentiality, work with all departments; be trustworthy, discrete and cooperative
