As our Radiology Clinic Administrator, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how care is delivered across our outpatient radiology center. This is more than managing daily operations—it’s about creating a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient while supporting a team that delivers life-changing care through advanced imaging.
You’ll oversee a full range of services, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on patient care. Starting salary: $103,870 annually (final compensation based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll balance big-picture leadership with day-to-day operations. You will:
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and high-performing work environment
Oversee the daily operations of the radiology center to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Develop and improve workflows that enhance patient experience, safety, and productivity
Manage operational and financial performance, including resource planning and budgeting
Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align services with organizational goals
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead change initiatives
Ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and high-quality care at every step

Required Education and Experience
1. Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or
2. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or
3. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
