Participants of the Dentons Summer Internship 2025 will have an opportunity to work side by side with leading Uzbek lawyers in such spheres as banking and finance, energy and natural resources, PPP, intellectual property and technology, corporate, M&A, labor, litigation and dispute resolution.

Initial phase of the internship includes a two-week long intensive on-sight training at Dentons' Tashkent office. At the end of the training, shortlisted participants will receive an offer to continue with Summer Internship 2025 program. Exceptional interns, upon successfully completing their internship, may secure an opportunity to continue their career with our esteemed Uzbekistan office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• You are a law faculty student in your final year or a recent graduate with a graduation date between 2024 and 2025
• You have an advanced level of English
• You dream of a career advising clients as a lawyer
• You have performed well in your studies as well in other areas of activity (competitions, conferences, moot courts, etc.)
• You want to contribute to the development of the legal profession and the rule of law in Uzbekistan
• You can quickly adapt to a new environment, are ready to learn, and can handle various tasks
