Matrix Providers is Hiring Dentists – Independent Contractor Opportunities

Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Dentists (DDS/DMD) to join our provider network as independent contractors performing disability examinations for Veterans and transitioning service members on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

This is a unique opportunity to support those who have served our country by conducting objective, non-treatment-focused examinations that assist the VA in processing disability benefit claims.

Dentist Requirements:

• Doctorate degree from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
• Active state license in good standing
• Malpractice insurance
• Computer, reliable internet

Exam Requirements:

• Completed enclosed
• Wheelchair accessible

Tests/Exams:

• Oral & Dental
• Temporomandibular
• X-Rays (Required only to properly render diagnosis)
• Bitewing
• Panoramic
