Dentist — Part-Time / Casual Contract

Pay: CA$1,500 per day / CA$190 per hour
Location: Mission, BC
Job Type: Part-time, Casual, Fixed-term Contract
Contract Length: 36 months
Work Location: In person

Neobridge Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist
to provide essential dental care in a secure, structured healthcare environment in Mission, BC.

The successful candidate will deliver and coordinate primary dental services, including assessments, treatment planning, x-rays, preventative care, and oral health education. This role requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, x-rays, and preventative care.
  • Promote oral health education and disease prevention.
  • Prepare clinic lists and assist with triaging appointment schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate dental care services within the facility.
  • Review and approve recommendations from external dental providers when required.
  • Accurately document assessments, treatments, consultations, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team regarding dental equipment, supplies, and patient care needs.
  • Supervise and support the Dental Assistant as required.
  • Ensure compliance with sterilization standards, documentation protocols, and applicable policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical process improvements.
  • Support internal review, grievance, or investigation processes when necessary.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice dentistry in British Columbia.
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent experience as a practicing Dentist.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to obtain required government security clearance.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work professionally in a secure and structured healthcare environment.
