General Dentist – Winnfield, Louisiana

About the Opportunity

A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing dental team in Winnfield, Louisiana The organization is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, affordable healthcare throughout Central Louisiana and provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages. As an FQHC, the practice emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care while utilizing modern technology and a collaborative, team-based approach.

This position is based in a new, state-of-the-art, three-story, 60,000-square-foot facility designed to support exceptional patient care in a modern clinical environment.

About the Position

• Full-time General Dentist opportunity
• Tuesday – Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or Saturday clinic
• Practice alongside an experienced Dental Director
• Supported by 3–4 Dental Assistants and 1–2 Dental Hygienists
• Modern clinic with 10 fully equipped operatories
• Average patient volume of approximately 250 patients per month
• Patient mix:
  • 65% Medicaid
  • 20% Commercial Insurance
  • 8% Medicare
  • 8% Sliding Fee Scale

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (expected to exceed the previous $150,000–$180,000 range, based on experience)
