About the Position

A well-established, multi-specialty dental organization is seeking a General Dentist for its Vineland, New Jersey location.

This is a full-time opportunity open to dentists of all experience levels, including new graduates and experienced providers seeking a supportive and technologically advanced practice environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School
• Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing
• Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and restorative procedures
• Critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services with clinically sound treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dental board standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Address clinical issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a strong commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• $100.00 per hour
• Guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections — whichever is higher
