A well-established dental practice in Tannersville, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its thriving team. In business for over 35 years, the practice offers a loyal patient base, strong clinical support, and a clear path to leadership—all in a collaborative, high-quality care environment.
This is a full-time opportunity ideal for a motivated clinician with 3–5 years of experience who is confident in a wide range of general dentistry procedures and committed to continued growth.
– Location: Tannersville, PA
– Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday (no weekends)
– Team: 2 doctors, 4 hygienists
– Operatories: 3 doctor chairs, 4 hygiene chairs
– Patient Mix: 90% PPO, 10% fee-for-service
– Technology: Digital X-rays, Dandy Scanner
– Procedures: Fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, endodontics, surgical and cosmetic dentistry (preferred)
– GPR or AEGD training preferred
Compensation & Benefits
– Strong minimum guarantee with transition to % of collections
– Defined leadership track with opportunity to lead the practice in under 2 years (no capital investment required)
